3. Emergency Service Response

We strive to respond to all emergency service requests as quickly as possible. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, call volume, and the nature of the emergency. Our stated response times (including "60-minute response") represent our goal and typical performance but do not constitute a guarantee.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Initial assessments and estimates are provided based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Actual costs may vary if hidden damage is discovered during the restoration process. We will communicate any significant changes to the scope of work before proceeding. All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees.

5. Insurance Coordination

We work directly with most major insurance companies to simplify the claims process for you. However:

• We do not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval
• You remain responsible for any deductible amounts
• Any services not covered by insurance are your financial responsibility
• We provide documentation and photos to support your claim as a courtesy service

6. Property Access and Safety

By engaging our Services, you authorize our technicians to access your property for the purpose of performing restoration work. You agree to:

• Provide safe access to the affected areas
• Disclose any known hazards (structural damage, electrical issues, etc.)
• Secure pets and valuables prior to our arrival
• Follow our technicians' safety instructions

We reserve the right to delay or refuse service if conditions pose an unreasonable safety risk to our personnel.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Our "Fresh Start Guaranteed™" represents our commitment to quality workmanship. Specific warranties vary by service type and are detailed in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Our workmanship is warranted for 1 year from the date of completion
• Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship only
• Warranties do not cover new damage, negligence, or failure to maintain the property
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated subsequent damage

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 911 Restoration of Southern Indiana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
